I didn't have time to take a photo of my food, because the food came quickly. Took a photo of the menu instead of what I ordered. First time going to a Waffle House. I've known about the establishment for years!!! Just never made time to do so. Well it was worth the stop!! The whole experience was great!! The food was hot and really good. The service was awesome. The restaurant was clean,and pretty busy. Nothing bad to say about my experience. Even with all the horror stories you may hear!!
Good food, good service. Did order eggs over medium came as over easy! Everything else was spot on.
Used to live down south so I missed the taste of Waffle House, so imagine my joy when I learned there was one only an hour drive away from me! The waitress and cook were very nice and honesty made the trip worth it! Plus they were patient with our endless requests! Attached some photos, but as you see we ate the food before I could get proper photos! 🤣 Definitely a 10/10 experience and made me feel like I was down south again!!
Being from Long Island we don't get restaurants like the waffle house. This was such a great place to go to because it was newer and unusual to the children. Breakfast is cheap but full of flavor. The waitresses were awesome.... And the manager on the waffle machine was hysterically funny pushing out like they were on fire. My daughter never had grits before so we had to have them to try. They were buttery and creamy.....and delicious. Our eggs will cooked perfectly and everything else was great. The waffle was delicious. Bathrooms were clean. I love that we were warmly greeted and while we waited for our table to be ready we were offered a cup of coffee while waiting.
My son and I had gone on a road trip to Texas and stopped at several different Waffle Houses along the way. Once back in NY I craved more Waffle House! This location was the closest to me at 150 miles away just outside of Scranton, PA! Beautiful drive down 81 south to enjoy the standard great waffles, service and prices. This location was quite busy and it took a bit till I could get my order in but it was worth the wait. Sitting at the counter passing the time watching the bustling employees cook and serve. I'll be back!
